Have you ever felt the thrill of embarking on a journey that promises to change lives, challenge perspectives, and ignite a spark of enthusiasm among the youth?
Well, buckle up because “The Great Resignation” Erasmus+ Training Course just did that in the heart of Bucharest, Romania!

This incredible initiative brought together the vibrant minds of five countries – Italy,
Spain, Montenegro, Bosnia, and North Macedonia, from 18 to 26 October 2023, to tackle the burning issues of the Great Resignation and the NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training) phenomenon.
In the heart of Bucharest, where the Great Resignation Erasmus+ project unfolded its magic, a trio of dynamic individuals from Italy played a central role in shaping the narrative. Robert, Gabriele, and Bianca, members of the Italian team, brought their unique flair and passion to the discussions, adding a touch of Italian gusto to the vibrant mix of cultures.

The Training Course mission?
To explore, understand, and ultimately address the challenges posed by the Great Resignation, particularly its impact on the NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training) demographic. Through workshops, seminars, and hands-on activities, participants delved into the core of these issues, seeking innovative solutions and envisioning a brighter future for the youth.
The project didn’t just stop at discussions; it aimed to empower the participants with practical skills and knowledge that could be applied in their respective communities.

The result?
The creation of a podcast! The participants, fueled by the collaborative spirit, scripted, recorded, and unleashed their voices into the digital realm. It wasn’t just a podcast; it was a kaleidoscope of stories, insights, and laughter that captured the essence of The Great Resignation experience and also a collective pool of knowledge and skills that would empower them to navigate the challenges of the modern job market.

Now, let’s shine the spotlight on the participants themselves – a group of ambitious, diverse, and downright awesome individuals. Picture friendships being forged over discussions about the Great Resignation, cultural exchanges happening in between workshops, and a camaraderie that transcended borders. The Erasmus+ experience became more than just a training course; it became a platform for personal growth, understanding, and global connections.
And here’s the kicker – the training course wasn’t just a serious affair. Laughter echoed through the hallways, dance parties broke out, and cultural nights became a celebration of diversity.

So here’s to the participants, to the fantastic Italian team, to Andrei Sasu one of the best facilitators and person that I ever met, to the other Andrei that in just a few days taught us how to record and speak on a podcast, to the C.O.S.I team they were just amazing and obviously to Alessia the beautiful mind behind this project, Thank you!!

Oh we don’t have to forget about the incredible city of Bucharest for hosting a training course that will
undoubtedly leave a lasting impact on the lives of those who took part. The Great Resignation may be a challenge, but with the energy and enthusiasm sparked in Bucharest, these young minds are ready to turn challenges into opportunities and shape a future where every dream is within reach.
